Japanese Inspired Chef Knife

This one of a kind chef knife is hand forged from AEB-L stainless steel. The fuller that runs the length of the blade is forged to create the same shape as an S grind. This is to reduce surface area and aid in food release.

Handle: 4.5” African Blackwood Bolster, G10 spacer, dyed and stabilized birdseye maple burl.
