  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • We accept returns for all knives purchased from AMO Bladesmithing within 30 days of the original purchase date.

    • To be eligible for a return, the knife must be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition, including all original packaging, labels, and accessories.

  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • We strictly do not accept returns for knives that have been used, altered, sharpened, or show any signs of wear.

    • Knives returned in a used or compromised condition will not qualify for a refund.

  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at [customer service email/phone number] within 30 days of your knife purchase.

    • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and assign a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    • Properly package the unused knife in its original packaging and prominently display the provided RMA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Return Shipping:

    • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

    • We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the secure and documented return of the knife.

  5. Inspection and Refund:

    • Upon receiving the returned knife, our team will meticulously inspect it to confirm compliance with the return criteria.
